The Podcast is launched! It's been 3 years in the making so join me as we journey through the history of The Democratic Republic of the Congo.

This podcast image is the Liavela mask. This mask dates from the 8th or 9th century and is the oldest artefact found in Central Africa.

It currently sits in the Central African Museum in Tervuren, Brussels.

It is here that this photo was taken. It is thought to resemble an aardvark, but that interpretation is up to you.
